Dream Water for Occasional Sleeplessness

I used to use just a simple melatonin supplement but then DreamWater came into my world and honestly I have come to rely in it to resolve my occasional bouts of perimenopausal insomnia. My personal experience is that I can take a single dose and it will gently help me fall asleep with little to no grogginess the next morning. I also appreciate that even if I am up at 2am with the alarm set to go off as early as 6:30am, I have no reservations about taking a sleep aid because I know that DreamWater won’t have residual heaviness when I wake up (well, more heaviness than any other early morning of waking up before the sun). The point is, it is gentle, effective and easy to integrate into my daily life as needed.

They have a variety of flavors and I see DreamWater available at most convenient stores and grocery stores. And it is a staple on my travel packing list, too!

The one I like best are the gummy format. It’s just personal preference but I find that they seem to take effect faster for me.
