My personal beliefs reflect spiritual independence. Though my roots are in Catholicism, I practice spirituality based on my own wandering soul and discipline needs; I engage in centering prayer, meditation, and home-based rituals along with a variety of other spiritual practices- like qigong and poetry.

My space is a safe and supportive environment where all can feel comfortable sharing vulnerable stories about their dreams and spiritual experiences.
